Chapter 1 Thursday, April 9th
Hotel Check-In and Dinner
- Individual Arrivals (private car service can be booked through Novel Travels) -
- Hotel Check-In: Arrive at the Courtyard by Marriott New York Times Square (114 West 40th Street. NY, NY 10018) and complete your check-in process. (Check-in time is 3 pm) -
- Time to freshen up! -
6:30 pm: Meet in hotel lobby and walk to Lattanzi Cucina Italiana (361 W 46th Street, New York NY 10036)
7 pm: Dinner with Fiona at Lattanzi Cucina Italiana
9 pm: Return walk to the hotel.
Chapter 2 Friday, April 10th
Breakfast at the hotel sets the stage for an exciting day ahead!
- Full American Breakfast at the hotel -
9 am: Meet your guide and bus at the hotel and explore significant landmarks, including the historic Dakota Building, the setting of The Address and the serene Strawberry Fields. Walk through Central Park to the Upper East Side.
11 am: General admission to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the setting of The Stolen Queen, Fiona’s newest book!
1 pm: Transfer from the MET to the Frick Collection setting of The Magnolia Palace.
1:15 pm: General admission to the Frick Collection
2:45 pm: Continue past the Barbizon Hotel, the setting of The Dollhouse, the Pulitzer Fountain (which features a statue that provided inspiration for the character of Lillian Carter in The Magnolia Palace) and the glamorous Plaza Hotel.
4 pm: Tour ends at the Hotel

6:30 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby and walk to Kellari Taverna
7 pm: Dinner with Fiona at Kellari Taverna
10 pm: After dinner, enjoy a leisurely stroll back to the hotel, reflecting on a day filled with culture, history, and memorable experiences!
Chapter 3 Saturday, April 11th

9 am: Meet your Guide at the hotel. Embark on a captivating exploration of Grand Central Terminal the setting of The Masterpiece, marveling at its magnificent architecture and vibrant history.
- The walking tour then continues to the New York Public Library and then along Fifth Avenue, stopping at iconic spots like Bergdorf Goodman, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and Rockefeller Center, all leading up to the legendary Radio City Music Hall, setting of The Spectacular -
12 pm: Guided Radio City Music Hall Tour Enjoy an exclusive 60-minute tour of Radio City Music Hall, where you’ll uncover the rich history and stunning architecture of this iconic venue.
1 pm: Free time for exploration on own afterwards
4:45 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby and walk to Frankie & Johnnies Steakhouse (320 W 46th Street, New York NY 10036)
5:15 pm: Dinner with Fiona at Frankie & Johnnies
7:15 pm: Walk to Broadway Show
8 pm: Broadway Show TBA
