For me, that book was The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons. I read it nearly 20 years ago and fell so completely in love with St. Petersburg that I made myself a quiet promise: I would go there someday.

When I became a travel advisor, someday finally arrived. I carved out two days, walked those streets, and felt something I hadn't expected: I was part of the story. Standing there, I thought — I can't be the only one who would want this.

That was the moment Novel Travels was born.

I'm Corinne Levine, a luxury travel advisor with over 10 years of experience and a reader for as long as I can remember. I created Novel Travels for people who love books the way I do — deeply, devotedly, and with a quiet wish to step inside the worlds they've lived in on the page. My groups tend to draw well-read women, and the bonds that form are remarkable. But any true reader is welcome here.

My first Fiona Davis tour showed me what was possible. The feedback was wonderful, but what moved me most was watching strangers become friends — quickly, naturally — because they were book people. That kind of connection doesn't happen everywhere. It happens when the right people are in the right place, sharing something they love.

Years later, sitting in London after a day of visiting literary landmarks and wandering through bookshops, I felt it again — that same aliveness. And I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do.

That's what I build every trip around.
